Gaby Eickstädt

Gaby Eickstädt has been practicing European and German competition law since 1999. Before founding GE Law she worked in leading law firms in Brussels, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich. Prior to private practice, Ms. Eickstädt worked as an official with the German Federal Cartel Office in Bonn.

Ms. Eickstädt provides legal advice on all aspects of EU and German antitrust law and has considerable experience in dealing with the European Commission, the German competition authorities and the European and German Courts.

Ms. Eickstädt represents clients in a wide range of industries, including agricultural trading, food, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, real estate, energy and information technology.

Ms. Eickstädt is a member of the German Bar Association, the Law Society of England & Wales and the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht (an association of German-speaking attorneys, primarily from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Brussels, specializing in competition law). Ms. Eickstädt is fluent in English and German and also speaks French.
